How do I get cookies?

Preordering goes live every Sunday at 6pm and closes Tuesday's at noon. It is a preorder for the following Friday and Saturday for local pick up or delivery.

If you missed the ordering window you can also find cookies at the following locations:

The Soulful Spoon: 3 Light St. Woodstock, ON.

Monigram Coffee: 16 Ainslie St S, Cambridge, ON.

The Barntique: 1233 Turkey Point Rd, Simcoe, ON.

How does the menu work?

The menu changes every week! It is a rotating menu of six different flavours every week. You can choose an assorted dozen, which comes with two of each flavour or you can choose a custom dozen and select up to three flavours per dozen.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver in the Waterloo Region.

How do I store my cookies?

We recommend storing them in an airtight container and they will be good for 3-4 days. You can also freeze your cookies. They are good in the freezer for up to three months.

Can I reheat my cookies?

Yes! We recommend you reheat in the oven or microwave. Oven: preheat to 325 and reheat for 5-7 minutes.

Microwave: for 15-30 seconds.

Any cookies topped with buttercream or any glazes are best enjoyed at room temp. Heating them will melt the topping!

You can also reheat in the airfryer for a crispier cookie! 350 for 2-3 minutes

Do you do corporate/special event orders?

Can I get a refund for my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been processed and production has commenced. However, we understand that situations can arise, and we are committed to working with our clients to find a satisfactory solution. In certain circumstances, we may offer a credit for future services. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. Please reach out to us directly to discuss any concerns regarding your order.

How much notice do you need for a custom order?

To guarantee your order can be accommodated, please place your order about two to three weeks in advance (or more at busy times of the year, such as wedding season).

We often accept rush orders, so don't hesitate to ask.

Do you guarantee nut-free/other common food allergen-free cookies?

For health and safety reasons, we can't guarantee our cookies to be free of allergy-causing foods (gluten, egg, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, alcohol, corn, etc.).

Where can I find a list of ingredients?

We're happy to provide the ingredients for specific products upon request. Please reach out using our contact form.

Is every cookie made fresh or do you have stock cookies?

All of our cookies are freshly baked and packaged for all orders.
